What has happened to the net?

Company finds way too much malware while surfing the net.

September 16. 2005 -- MICA Specialties has discovered too much malware floating around that nobody seems to care about. Today's computers are very powerful and capable of much destruction. They need to be secure before going online and users are not paying attention to this problem. The owner, James E. Clemens II, wants something done about this and is looking into several solutions to stop the attacks on home computers. After much time he found that businesses are taking steps to lockdown their machines but the average home user seems to care less about security until they get the 'blue screen of death' brought on by malicious software (malware).

That's right-- home computers are often the source of attacks on computers (home, government and business) everywhere, causing billions of dollars in damage, not to mention the time spent fixing the destruction. We all pay the price for it and we all must decide that we have had enough. As a small business trying to get ahead, MICA Specialties is ready to fight back and wants you to benefit as well. We found several ways to combat this with little effort, no advanced knowledge of computers and of course, NO COST TO YOU, overcoming the three things that cause home users to surf unprotected. It's important to prevent home computers from becoming infected by malware that could attack my computer or someone I do business with. If we can get the average home surfer to use our Safe Lockdown™ principles, we can take back our machines and stop the destruction plain and simple.

We will be in touch later in the year with information ready to release to you and until then please update your computer with MICROSOFT, they do care and should be at the top of your list for ways to fight malicious software!

Thank you, and good surfing to you!
